I had a great one on the line from the shore when i was pan fishing at rice. I almost reeled him in when he went under a bed of seaweed and snapped the line. I was quite disappointed because it would of been my first decent sized bass of 2012.

I myself plan on trying a bullhead this year. I hear they are actually quite good.

I am about to go fishing in the rouge again. Was there at the marsh/beach part the other day and had very little luck. Pulled in a few Gobies and a small fish i couldn't identify. It was blue and shiny on the top and grey on the belly part. It rained recently so I am hoping to get a little more...
