Just ordered myself a new ugly stick rod with a Penn fierce reel with some braided line, some jigs and a couple of lures. I had a great day fishing for panfish in brampton the other day, and I want to do it some more. The only thing is, I dont want to have to drive all the way to brampton to do it (I live in Oakville). So does anyone have any suggestions for finding these little guys? I was out at Port Credit...

Just got a bunch of worm fishing gear (hooks, worms, weights), a set of joe's flies spinners, some jigs and some float equipment.

So it seems like every time I go out to fish, I lose anywhere from 2-5 lures. Sometimes it's really stupid stuff, sometimes it feels inevitable. Some other times, I have lost my lure right on the cast. Can someone go over the BEST knots to tie for lures and for bait hooks as well? The simple...

That spot looks good for me, not too far away. Unfortunately I dont own any waders and I dont have any barbless hooks on my lures or anything. Should I still come? I mean I want to but if I need waders badly and my hook situation can't be resolved I dont want to be a burden.
