Friend's Father Visiting, Would Like to Fish

Hi Guy's, My friend's father is over from the BVI and actually owns a fly fishing guide company. He would like to do some fly fishing, in the Newmarket area. I'm not a fly fisherman myself but where should I look at taking him? Many thanks, Z

Hi Guy's I can't stand it any longer, I need to get out there and cast a line but have no clue where to go. I only have a spinning reel set up but was looking for either trout or Pike. Is everything still frozen or can someone point me in the right direction? I just started fishing last year...

Buying A Boat - How Effective

I'm with you there sir! I hike every weekend and I do love my canoe. I would like to do a combo of both to be honest. This summer will be a busy one with the boat and camping with the canoe on long weekends and a week in Algonquin. I agree the more secluded the better when camping/hiking.

Buying A Boat - How Effective

My real question is, is $1500 $2500 going to get me anything worth having? How much do I need to spend to have my first functional small fishing boat?

Buying A Boat - How Effective

Hi Guy's Thank you for all of the responses, I really appreciate it. I have been having debates with a few people about how much a 9.9hp on a 14-16ft tinner with trailer should cost. Some say $1500, some say $2500. Are these realistic prices? Thanks!

Buying A Boat - How Effective

Hi Guy's, I started fishing earlier this year and love it, though its tough from shore. I bought a canoe and haven't really gone fishing with it yet. How effective would it be if I bought a 14-16ft with a 9.9hp on it be for fishing? Will I notice a great difference between that and the canoe...
