Fished Fifth Depot Lake this past weekend. The fishing was quite good. The big bass are out fattening up for the winter. I had the most luck casting black Hula Poppers over weed beds in the evening and drop shotting a smoke-coloured X-Zone Swammer around mid-lake weed humps and sunken timber...

I fish Fifth Depot Lake, near Napanee, pretty often in the summer time and have been doing so for a few years now. I catch a lot of smallmouth and largemouth bass and the odd 4-5 lb pike but I have never even seen a walleye come out of there. Do any of you catch summer time walleye on this lake...
