That budget is a small chunk of change compared to the potential damage they can cause. I would bet a nice chunk out of my savings that most of those bringing it over the boarder or trying to introduce it dont speak english as their first language. It seems like its only a matter of time until a small number of species dominate all of the freshwater in the world.
