3 Questions, Spawn setup, Lures, Best bet for this time of year ?

I'm in Ontario near Owen Sound and I fish from shore only no boat

Question 1:
I have very little experience in how to rig the setup for using spawn sacks, Any help, tips, or pictures to help me with this would be much appreciated thanks.

Question 2:
Whats the best ways to catch Rainbow/Steelhead in November ?

Question 3:
Whats the best Lures to catch Rainbow/Steelhead this time of year ?

I have not caught one ever but would really like to catch a rainbow/steelhead anything to help is much appreciated thanks in advance.

I'd add kwik fish and small cranks to the lures list, some pink worms too.

I think it’s great time to fine tune your hard ice fishing. It’s great way to get exercise and gather information on the behaviour of a fish during the winter months. I think it will help with your shore fishing a lot. It’s also a great time get more research done and maybe design or make your own fishing harnesses or lures.
