That's great for the the MNR. The first guy's fine is kinda light considering 19 years of illegal fishing. I would ban him from entering Canada for 10 years to life.

I wonder where those guys got the turtles? I've never seen one before.

Ha banned for life that's the way to do it. I hope they confiscated all his gear and gave them to kids.
