thats a load of **** thats there no monetary penatly or charges being laid. if any of us dumped deadly materials into a river and killed hundreds of fish you bet your arse wed be paying.

that part where they said a foot long brook trout was just lying there boils my blood especially

That "brook" trout was most likely a juvenile rainbow although it certainly could have been a brookie.

No shortage of tribs to fish in that area - it will recover.

You want to see farm runoff - check out the Conestogo River - bottom is layers upon layers of poop in some stretches.
