Just wondering if anyone can answer some questions regarding allowable frozen bait. I have asked many people and get many different answers so here goes.
1 - Does all bait except for nightcrawlers need to be purchased in Ontario to fish in Ontario? For example if you fish on the rainy river and have purchaed an Ontario Licence and RABC do you need to go over to Ontario to buy bait or can you use frozen/dead minnows purchase in Minnesota? Other baits I am asking about include ciscoes, suckers,and smelt.
FYI- I am from Minnesota and fish along the border waters area.
