Tis the long weekend! Hell yeah!!

Anyone heading out east tomorrow? Got a few hours to kill in the morning. Probably from first light till about 10 before the rain kicks in.

WP would be west......generally we use toronto as the mid point for east and west

No.. East tribs. I haven't been to the WP before so is needed to tag along with someone more experienced before I venture out on my own

Shmogley, I don't know it well either but that's half the fun! Hopefully you can get it tomorrow. Btw.. West trib wasn't ragging today. Water actually was a little calmer than usual.. Made for some solid drifts. Still skunked but it was fun lol

I was thinking of trying the WP tomorrow. Does anyone know if I can get away without using a slipfloat there (just use a fixed float setup)? I have fished it twice, both times I was casting baits. I'd like to use my pin there this time around.

Ray, from the WP pictures in another thread, it looks like horrible conditions right now for fishing. Ice chunks and craziness.
