Hey guys,

So quick question...

I recently purchased a fly fishing rod and was wondering if theres any decent fishing places that I may use it this April. I wanted to get an early start on fishing and not wait until the summer lol. These fishing spots don't have to be strictly fly fishing, I do enjoy my spin fishing.

What species will you be targeting?

Search your local trib, grab a bunch of beadhead hairs ear nymphs, woolly buggers, pheasant tails and egg patterns, black olive and grey size 8-16 for the nymphs, and any bright colour for the eggs. steelhead will be moving in, great fun on the fly

Bring the fly rod to the east tribs on the opener, a good place to learn and catch a lot of fish :mrgreen:
