ARTIFICIAL IS BETTER THAN REAL YUP. BERKLEY GULP ONES. Lolol

You'll spend less on real roe from someone like FishHeads than you will artificial roe. Why the preference for the fake stuff?

sooooo when do we get to learn about the formula? lol

On a good day steelhead will smash a cigarette butt if you put it infront of there face. Guys will say real roe works best, but I've seen beads, flies, worms, power bait, yarn even lures work just as well if not better.
Saturday afternoon, I went to my favorite spot, one guy fishing the pool was packing up as I was arriving, he told me he got 2 on roe and 8 on a quickfish.
I started drifting where I normally hit them, it was slower then I was used to, so I went to faster shallow water and was doing very VERY well, when a couple came through the bush (scared the hell out of me) and asked me how I was doing.
They both had lures attached to there rods, the gentleman had a giant 3/4 ounce orange and gold Cleo on, he casted right where i was previously drifting, and almost instantly he was Hooked up.
He ended up taking 6 fish from my favorite drift where I had only got 3, and it tool me a while to get them.

I'm never leaving my lure hucking rod behind again.

Moral of my story, roe's not always key. I Caught a pile of fish, I mean a lot, but not in my normal drift, and obviously it's not like they weren't there.

Mix it up dude. Try fake stuff, maybe it's better?

Beads beads beads.

To be honest, majority of my fish this year have been caught on beads, I always run one when I'm fishing with roe was well.

My personal best the other day was caught on an 8mm pink blood dot bead.

Beauty man, I did see that fellow.

I'll take you somwhere on GB for numbers if you take me somewhere on lake O for size lol.
