At 12lbs, what is the mono with the least memory?

Which of these lines have the least memory at 12lbs? (labeled 12lb, not break at 12lb. I know stren and sufix have higher breaking lb than label)

out of that list, i can only tell you senshi is garbage, super supple but garbage knot strength, and pretty bad line strength. personally i would buy RAVEN 12lb, i never had any issues with it and it is the thinnest out of all 12 pound monos that i know of. once my float got caught on a live tree, some how i managed to break half the tree when i was trying to pull down my raven 12. but you want the ultimate line that does not have any memory, buy the sufix promix. out of your list though, sufix elite is the best line.

Dont have any store near me that sells raven or promix. So Sufix Elite is prefered.

save your shopping list till you are around 100-200 then order it online. centerpinangling.com has both promix and raven. probably works to 10 dollar shipping. again double check. where do you live? fishheads carry raven stuff also.

I can vouch for Suffix Elite having lower memory and good knot strenght. Not sure what type of reel you are using, but I would not recommend raven for a spinning setup. It is pretty much limited to pin reels... unless thats what youre rocking. Then you should be using it!

My vote for Suffix Elite, as stated good knot strength I have used for my lighter spinning setup and found the memory is pretty good. It is available almost every where, and around 10.00 for 300yrds.

Agree with this, it's not that you can not use mono with a baitcaster, you can but you will have more difficulties, i would suggets 30-40 pound power pro.

No Im done with braid.............. cant stand the noise it makes
Iv been using stren 12lb on my silvermax for a few months and I find it pretty manageable. Liking it better than performance braid in fact. Maybe im just way too lazy to tie leaders over and over again.

Have you tried Super 8 Power Pro. But by the sounds of it your mind is already made up.

Yes I have. Dont like how the coating comes off pretty quickly compared to performance braid. And it seems weaker than the original PP. Its quieter, but its got its own problems. I do have daiwa samurai,and its sooo smooth and quiet, but its so expensive lol.

The noise of braid grinding against the guides on retrieve when you have a fish on. If it doesnt bother you, thats great. It bothers me greatly. It also makes it sound like the guides are being eaten away, even though they are not.

I would disagree with that statement. A lot of guys use mono in baitcast reels. In fact, you should use mono for cranks, spinnerbaits, swimbaits, twitchbaits, topwater plugs, etc. that need a bit of stretch and give. Not to mention it manages well in a baitcast.
I do agree braid excels in sensitivity and zero stretch. Good for punching slop and flipping jigs and the like.
But for general use, all purpose, mono is the way to go. 10-12lb in a medium stick, 14-20lb in a med-heavy stick.

That line is good and stiff and really expensive for mono. Lebaron highway seven has it.

generally 10 12 15 just depending... their flouro is extremely good fly leader also
