I have my BARELY USED baitcasting setup for sale. It was my first crack at using a baitcaster last year. Safe estimate would be that it was used 5 times...

Pretty much in brand new condition. Still have original box and wrapping.
Rod still has plastic wrap on upper portion of cork.

Got my curado setup right after which is what I use now. I need the money cause I need to get a motor.

Reel:
Pflueger criterion
5 bearing system
machine, anodized and ported aluminum spool
reinforced graphite frame and sideplates
four double shielded stainless steel ball bearings
8-pin adjustable centrifugal and mechanical anti-backlash control
preceision cut brass gears with 5:1:1 gear ratio
dual soft touch knobs
smooth main gear applied star drag system
one-way clutch instant anti-reverse bearing
weight: 7.7 oz.
line capacity: yrds./lb. 140/10 100/12 80/14

Rod
Fenwick Eagle GT Triggerstik
6'6" length
medium heavy action
10-20lb line
lure weight: 3/8 - 1 oz.

I got this setup for about $130-$140 at Le Baron's last year.
I am looking to see it go for $80

$70 is as low as I go.
If I don't get that much, I'm just going to keep it.
Let me know.

while I'm not interested in buying; the rod there is a very good baitcast setup. I have the same eagle GT and love it!

unfortunately I would have no use for the rod.

There was lots of interest, but nothing firm took place.
I think I'm just going to keep it as backup or something...
or maybe use it for plastics.

if the rod has a soft enough action, you can throw cranks with that combo. The reel, with the low gear ratio, should be killer for crankbaits.
