Was fishing with someone and he landed this on first cast. Upon inspection, it turns out it somehow swallowed the texas rigged six inch senko... but was hooked on the corner of the mouth!
It was perfectly hooked where you'd want it to be but somehow the worm was separated and nearly swallowed. And I've been rigging those for years now so I assume I rigged it securely so the worm wouldn't pop off from just below the eye of the wide gap hook.
Anyway, pulled it out with pliers and came out easily.
