Berkley NanoFi Uni-Filament Fishing Line

Does anyone use or has anyone tried this line. Just looking for some feedback on it, was thinking of using it for a lite setup 4 pound.

it fishes the same as braid does, except it casts a lot further. After some use you will find that it frays a little. That is the only complaint that I would have with it.
I use it on almost all my spinning rods. It is extremely strong. U have to use a no slip know to tie it, the same as u would with braid. I use a polamar knot.

^^ he's right, it frays too easily but I don't think it casts further, and in my opinion braid is better.

Hmm reading about this and what guys are saying ill stay with the braid with a fluro leader. Wish somebody made fluro that was like braid that would be awesome

I use it on my center pin and I love it !!! Easy casting and supper light

I will keep looking for something else, after further research, this line seems very prone to frays. I will be using it in rocky river and streams, so I need to find something else.

w_boughner, do u use a mono shot line when u use it as a main line on your pin?
I tried it without, and while I love its no memory and how sweet it comes off the reel I found I was pulling the hook out the bow's mouth every other fish.
I ended up going back to my old faithful ande.

Yes I use a shot line and a soft hook set as you will blow your lead or pull the hook if you lean into it since it doesn't stretch
