best knot for tying backing to fly line

Whats the best and easiest way to tie backing to the fly line? any help is much appreciated

most fly lines have a loop at either end, i just use an imp clinch knot. if it doesn't have a loop, you can buy em

It's the scientific anglers mastery series "steelhead" line... there is no loop that i can actually see on the fly line, but on the back of the box is show a pic of a looped line called a streamlined loop?

thanks for posting this cc, I used the nail knot , bit of a pain in the ass to tie so next time i will give the albright a try

i use albright knot for all my connection knots. blood knot is rather messy and hard to do. and surgeon knot is good for short leaders.

Albright or nail knot, use a tube keep pinching the wraps so they stay in line, kinda tricky.
