it really depends what you're looking to fish for!

if you're looking for a place that offers diverse species...then i would try to hit the toronto islands. lots of shoreline to cover... many species to target. trust me, it'll take you a couple outings just to go every possible part of the island.

yes, great view of Toronto downtown towers.

but you forgot the one thing I hate the most, island is full of red ants.

awww, red ants! my yard is full of mosquitos but no red ants, if i had to choose 1 red ant or 1000 mosqiutos i would go for the mosquitos, red ants are awefull

Walking the beech wading where we shouldnt be and then one bite then another then another jump in the water up to the waist WTF is that.

Havent forget those island ants yet.

Haha...ya, we didn`t experience the ants untill Mid june last year, and only at Trouts pond, did they acyually bite us...no where else on the island bothered me, needless to say I did not return to the pond for the rest of the year. So we should have acouple of months without them! But they suck hard!!

Any specific locations at the Toronto islands?

That ur guaraantteeddd to catch atleast one fish??

 :p :?: :?:

There is no guarantee that what holds fish one day will hold again the next. Best to put in the legwork during each outing to find the fish.
Fish the inner canals wherever you can cast.
