BEST TIME?

Hi was just wondering going to go ice fishing later next week for brook trout. What would you think is the best time? i've heard nights are the best, but go mixed reviews.

i didn't know that you could fish for brook trout, but when i fish for them i go during sunrise.

I don't ice fish but I do fish for brooks often in both rivers and a stocked pond during the summer.

The one thing I notice is that after catching 2-3 fish off a lure u absolutely have to change to something new.

Keep the size the same just change up the colour.
