Boat launch for Lower Niagara River

Can anyone let me know where there is a boat launch in lower Niagara River. A nearby marina would be a plus. I have never fished that area and would love to give it a try in the Spring. Any advice on fishing in April?

A few members have done well down in the whirlpool.
I'm unsure if any here actually launch and fish the river though.
Hopefully someone can offer you some advice.

See my PM. There's the public Queenston boat launch in the town of Queenston, about 11kms from the mouth of the Niagara. There is a private yacht club pay-for launch near the mouth in Niagara-On-the-Lake, but I don't use that one.
