Got my first boat today. It is a 2008 Lund 1825 Explorer SS. It is in really good condition - 45 certified hours only on the engine. I fish mainly for musky but also pike, walleye...Looking forward to getting it on the water. Anyone have one of these boats or anything similar? Thanks!

Thats her still on the lot. Going to go fetch it next week. Its a couple hours away. So unbelievably excited.

Im going crazy. Since Im bringing the boat in from the US, I need to wait for the dealer to get the titles for the boat and trailer and its taking forever. Precious fishing time being wasted uughh! At least I should get sept and oct on the water - maybe the 2 best months for big musky!

I should add that I sold my baby - my prized possession, my car in order to buy a truck to tow this boat. Im all in!

question for boat owners: This has a merc 115 on it. No trolling motor (yet). Ill grab one up soon but in the meantime am I going to harm the motor if I troll at low speed with the 115?

I have a similar boat but it's a prince craft with a 175. Love Lund boats but I'm finally moving into a bass boat for next season. Got my eye on a ranger with a 250

Honestly it depends on what your doing. If your the type to troll they really aren't good for that at all. I'm a multi species angler but bass tournaments are my main focus

yea I troll a bit. I also want to get a cottage on the lower french in the next year or two so with georgian bay and nippissing being close by - and with my fishing the mouth of the lower niagara/lake ontario, the deep v is a better choice for me. LOVE bass boats tho. Would love to own one one day.
