Are the Shimano Citica/ Extreme XPS Combos worth buying they have them on sale at BPS for $109.88

They also have Plfueger Cetina/Bionic Blade Baitcast Combo for sale at $119.88

The Citica has 6 bearings while the Cetina from Pflueger has 9 I want to get a baitcaster so that I can learn how to use one. Has anyone used either one?

The citica is not too bad, it's like a cheaper version of the curado.

when i was reasearching buying a new baitcaster and spinning i got that flueger combo with the bps rod but my reel has 10 bearings ( feels very very smooth) now in terms of the shimano combo i noticed that the citica comes in the 200 series with is medium size and it doesnt get smaller also grab the reel by itself ( no rod ) compare to the curado which is more expensive and then compare it to both quantum energy and tour edition. Im sure youll find the quantums to be better then the citica for sure. if you want better pricing then bps i got my quantums at fishing depot like i have said many times before. lol. do some research and by what FEELS BETTER FOR YOU.
