I found a guy online who had them up for grabs and I bought them for a smokin' deal, they are not in packages. About 90% of them are brand new, never used. The ones i have for sale are clearly new, I have way more then i'll ever need. These lures cost from $6-$10 at stores so i think $3 a peice is a pretty fair deal.
