anyone have any experience with these? my friend got a browning stalker combo a few years back and he's caught some big fish with it and it didn't fall to pieces (20+lb salmon)
needed something to spin from shore with, mostly for pike..anyway the one I got is 7'0 MH 6-17 lbs and rated fast .. although its pretty stiff, which imo is better for spinning, gonna load it up with 30lb braid and a steel leader.
I probably should have chosen the plfueger (Sp?) president combo but we'll see how this one turns out, I'll bring this thread back from the dead eventually to write a review
