Bucket list fishing trip

I’m looking to take my son on a once in a lifetime fishing trip. I’ve looked at several websites ranging from fishing lodges to the fly in and be dropped off at an outpost trips. Most seem to be around northwest Ontario. Some are turnkey trips with 3 meals a day while some you take it all with you. Obviously these types of trips are expensive. Does anyone have experience or maybe offer private fishing trips? We want to catch a lot of fish and hopefully keep a few for eating while in the wilderness. Any help is appreciated.

For the price of some trips you could easily outfit yourself with a boat and motor and have all the water you could ever explore within only a few hours.
