You suggest slipfloat or just a long leader? Any idea how long is long enough? (1st attempt there)

I'm going to Niagara this weekend to visit family so I might check out Whirlpool. Can anyone tell me a good access point?

There's parking just East of the intersection of Whirlpool rd. and Niagara Parkway. (There's a golf course across the road from the parking area) The trail is just west of the parking area just follow the tree line and you can't miss it.

Just pack a couple of thermos's 1 with soup and the other with coffee and Baileys :-D , and build a fire when you get cold. Just don't fall in the whirlpool darn would that be cold not to mention one hell of a walk back up.
