Credit River January 8th 2011

Soo hoping for the best of things, i woke up this morning and hit the credit with a buddy of mine. The temps were nice, the snow was beautiful, except one thing, i brought my float rod instead of my ice fishing rod :S. unfortunately the credit is going through a ice run right now, there is literally nowhere to throw your bait in. It also progressively got worse throughout the day, so I'm pretty sure the credit is a write off till tuesday, maaaybe monday but most likely tuesday. Anyone reading this, that's thinking of checking the credit today, stay home and have some hot chocolate.

lol man i went this morning what takes me 20 min to get there took me 1 hour. weather was insane i didnt even get to the river. :smile: i was thinking of going tomorrow but after what u just wrote i'll wait till next week.

Yeaah man it sucked, i was bummed too cause it was my buddy's first outting to fish the credit . But hopefully next week will be promising. We just can't have these all over the place temp's!.

Thanks for the heads up, I was debating on going this morning but wind chill more then -15 had to pass. Next weekend will be better with milder temps. Wish I had the weekend off.

Noo problem man, it's all karma and gas is 113.4 haha. But I sooo hope your right djsms. Tying flies can only curb my fishing need so much.
