Just wondering what everybodys rod and reel combos are; mine are as follows:
1. Abu Garcia Ambassadeur Reel on a 6'6" MH Berkley Lightning Baitcasting Rod Spooled with 30# PowerPro- used for Topwater Frogs and Weedless Jigs
2. Abu Garcia Orra S30 on a 6'6" MH Fenwick Eagle GT Spinning Rod spooled with 30# PowerPro- used for everyday fishing
3. Pfleuger Endeavour 6'6" M Spinning Combo Spooled with 20# PowerPro- used for everyday fishing
4. Shimano Sahara 1000 FE on a 5'6" UL Fenwick Eagle GT Spinning Combo Spooled with 8# PowerPro- used in creeks and small rivers
5. 5'6" L Berkley Hot Rod Express Spinning Rod (20 year old rod but still going strong!) used with my Shimano Sahara 1000 FE- used in creeks and small rivers
6. 9' M Fenwick Canadian Method Series Spinning Rod used with my Abu Garcia Orra S30 (usually switch out the PowerPro and use 14# Monofilament)- used for Steelhead in rivers and Casting Spoons off docks for Salmon and Pike
It might not be the best Setups in the world but they get the job done. And yes I love PowerPro and Fenwicks!
