i bought the walmart 6 in minnows with the black plastic heads with the lazer that makes the body glow..... its crap never caught a damn thing on it, i have regular white 6 inch minnows (swim baits) and ive caught a dozen fish on it this season s0o just goes to show.... maybe red light isint what the fish want....

ive tried stuffing ear ring glow sticks inside sankos (at night) and same result no bites, switched to simple black and blue flek and caught a bunch (bass i know....just using the example...)

come to think of it the only light rig ive herd of actually working was attaching small super bright lights on planner boards trolling for walleye witch flashed on the lures..... and even then full moon light is just as good....
