What's your favourite bass technique and lure?
Last year mine was a black weedless football jig with a dark Berkeley crawfish.
Dragging a brown or green tube along the bottom while drifting usually produced as well.

Always love top water at dawn or dusk. Its awesome getting a hit on a hula popper or other surface lure in calm waters with low light levels.

Alfie.

True enough ... I've only hit a few fish on Hula's but you're right ... nothing like seeing that big splash!

Or hearing and feeling it but not seeing it in the dark. You miss some, but it gets the adrenalin going

Alfie.

bass eh...

Id say a texas rigged green 4inch worm with black cone 1/8oz slip weight

Senkos the only thing that catches them for me lol i was out very early this morning for the opener threw all my new top water baits literally nothing. Threw my senko got a bass first cast..

Edit juss came back and finally got something on a hard lure... Good ole rebel pop r got me my biggest bass of the day yahooooo

OSP DoLive Craws, on a 1/16oz Flick it jig, used this all last season and the beginning of this years, works awesome in rivers

senkos texas rigged are definitely my most succesfull or tube jugs but theres nothing better than seeing them hit a topwater

1/16 oz!!!! beauty, eh!

6lb mono and firetiger mepps aglia. Because when you toss it in the water that holds just about 5 species...you will most likely hook four(trout, lmb, smb & bullhead all in one pool) except the carp.

I usually do something extra to my tube baits. I cannot give my secret away but I will say, small mouth LOVE IT.
