Favourite fish to catch and why.

Me, I am a pike hunter. #1This is fish that will fight like a tug of war. #2 This fish is the favourite of the family, for deacades this is always the most prized, respected and prefered fish. #3 I like the way they look a cool fish.

My second fish is the lake sturgeon#1 They are huge and heavy #2 They are living dinosaurs 3# I have personally seen how intelligent and magnificant they are.

I have caught pretty much anything that swims in Lake O. You can add a seagull to that (caught underwater). But there's just something about pike that makes it on top of my list.

Fishergirl catfish can be a blast as well..Jordan harbour in the spring is full of them I believe all year long. Hook into a 10+ pounder and hold on. We've had then pulling the boat around. They aren't pretty that's for sure lol

River brown trout is probably my # 1 because of the challenge of catching the big ones.

Steelhead because they can be plentiful and put up a great fight.

Musky just because they piss me off so much... No it's really the challenge that I like... but they do piss me off most days...and they're big....lol

I have soft spot for catfish too, first fish I ever caught. Also, Easy to catch a big one and they arent that ugly depending on how you look at them; there my daughters favourite fish because "they look like cats". TARGETED THEM LAST YEAR. Impressive photos guys, some dont know talent when they see it, keep feeding your cats.

Hey buckhorn. You've experienced Jordan too. We got one about 15 a few years ago. Towed our small row boat around for 20 minutes

Pike. Feisty green snot rockets to the large two-handers. I love them all. Each and every one. On occasion, a special one will get a personal invitation to dinner. Pain to de-bone the fillets, but totally worth it. Otherwise, I try to let most of them go.
