First outing of the year

1/20/2013 Finally had a chance to get out for the first time this year. I was at the river at 7:00am first cast and i got a fish pulled it for couple meters and got off. My heart started pounding but it calmed down after 2 hours of fishing nothing.
And around 9:00 am, i got 3/5 everything happened in about 30min. Half an hour after i got one more got it to the shore forced it bit to much because my fingers were frozen and it was gone but who cares i had fun with it. I was there for 3 hours 3/5 was not bad at all

lol, this is why I've been hanging around this forum!
Nice bows, seeing all the pics and vids here is a boot in the tail for me to get back out there, now if my leg would heal up so I could walk the bank I'd be all set!

That's some nice Chrome. Now I'm getting the itch, but with the forecast what it is for the next week, I'm sure there would be more than just frozen fingers

I had to go, did not hit the water this year at all but went before everything gets frozen.
