Fishing in north east london ontario!

i have recently moved to london and live in huron highburry area and am looking for some nice placeses close by to take my daughter fishing for the first time ! does anyone know of any good places? and also im looking for place i could maybe rent a row boat with no motor to take out fishing as well ? thanks in advance!

Fanshawe dam isn't to far from you, but I don't know if there are any boats for rent. There are some gravel pits off Adalade St. north of Huron, but I've never tried to fish there, so I can't say if they are any good.
