Fishing in Wasaga/Collingwood/meaford area this weekend

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good spot for some fishing this long weekend? It doesn't matter what species but as long as i catch something!! I don't mind driving further as long as i know there is fish to be caught

Go under the bridge at River Rd. and Mosley St. in Wasaga Beach. Throwing spoons/rapalas could get you a salmon...

hey,

i just went to collingwood this weekend, i caught alot of gobies on worms on this shoreline by the grain elevators. i also saw a 10lb carp cruising around. i hooked into it but i couldnt land it. the water is really clear.

Salmon have started to run up some of the nameless rivers in the area. Caught 1 this AM at the mouth of xxxxxxxx.

Is Eugenia good? If so where in Eugenia is a good spot?
What about thornbury Beaver river?

imo the beaver river is really bad for fishing, as it was overfished, lake eugenia on the other hand is a very good lake that has nice bass

Oh cool. Do you know a good spot to fish off short in lake Eugenia? Sorry i'm not from the area and i assume its a big lake?
