Fishing novice newbie

Hello everyone

I posted a question already without introducing myself here - please excuse my bad manners!

My husband and I are from Toronto, and would like to start flyfishing. I've tried it exactly once, and he's gone twice as may times!

We tried it in New Brunswick this summer, and were hooked (sorry!) We spent a week on PEI, stopped in NB on the way to fulfill one of my husband's dreams of fly fishing on the great Miramichi. It was absolutely the highlight of our whole trip, so we'd like to explore it closer to home.

Joining this forum seems like a good place to start.

Welcome I posted on who you should contact on your other thread but also were trying to get a fly fishing steelhead outing together November 2nd and 3rd you and your husband are more then welcome to attend one or both days you can pm for the river as we do not name the tribs in public forums and again welcome great group of fly fishers here to help you

Sure I will hook you up in the spring. Lol. We just ran out last week of what we had from the spring. 25-30 Jars of it.

It's similar but more tangy & it takes more sap as the sugar content is lower... Both Birch & Maple Syrup were available to The Canadian Corps of Voyageur @ Old Fort William in 1812 as well as Birch/Maple Beer a form of Stout Beer.
