I have this friend who got interested in fishing and I promised to ake him with me. Last week, I took him to a Kawartha lake for Walleye and after 2 hrs fof drivign and 6 hrs shore fishing we came back skunked. Being mostly into trout, salmon ad bass, I am not much familiar with good spots for other fish (We will not be able to make it for bass opener, as otherwise I knew some good spots).

Anyone can help with a good spot for anything (Pike, Crappie, Walleye) around GTA that we can try this weekend? You can PM me. Not tryng to steal your favoite spots, but rather to avoid embaressing myself with this new person!! Aanywhere within 1.5 hr drive from Toronto is good. & Thanks in advance

PS. If you feel like joining us, let me know. He is driving this time so I can ask if it is OK to have company

Take him to a stocked pond. Bellwood in fergus (1hr) has a kiddie pond:p but you are guaranteed a catfish at thedam if you use worms. On that thought, use worms and head to a gravel pit near by that you know has panfish and smallies, I'm sure you'll land a few

Hi people,

I am interested to find the company to go fishing with.I am not driving anylonger and would be happy if someone need a companion.I am not advanced fishermen but love to be outdoor and do have some fishing gear.Like to learn fishing .Only from the shore because have no boat.We can split gas cost.

I familiar with some fishing spots on North east of TO-kawartha,minden,trent river, balsam ,ganaraska.etc
Thank you in advance
