Fishing zones

Just wondering, are places like Ashbridge's Bay, or Frenchman's bay considered inland zone 16 / 17 or part of the zone for Lake Ontario (zone 20) ?

Since the fish are being caught from Lake Ontario, I'd safely assume that those places are in Zone 20.
