Looking to buy a float reel......quick

What are you looking for, what type of rod do you have, and how much do you want to spend?

umm i have a 13ft rod, also not looking to spend as much as they are at Petes Tackle or the Bass Pro shop,
i no they go for 200$ or more, was more or less lookin for second hand 1 im guessing

You are right...a half decent starter reel (Okuma Aventa is a good one) starts at 200 bucks. They do hold value as well, if you check other boards they are scooped up pretty quick if its any kind of break in price. Usually if you find a used one its in pretty good shape. Higher end geer usually get better taken care of...check ebay, there are a few on there now. Look up "Centre Pin" fishing reel. You could also go check the classifieds at http://www.floatfishing.net/

By the way...worth every penny! You will outfish the spinning reels all day long!
Hard to get used to but once you get a hang of it..loads of fun!!!!
