Hey hey...
Been a busy spring for me, so I haven't had the opportunity to head up north for any good fishing yet... But with the few hours of leisure that I do have off, I've been hitting local Gta ponds to see who wanted to have a go with my fly... The results.. Lot's of big pumpkinseeds on damselfly imitations and poppers! As well as the odd largemouth, and Golden shiner, and a few surprise Longear Sunfish, which are a really beautiful fish that must be seen in person!
FOr any newbie flyfisher, try some of our local ponds... They're great places to learn with lot's of willing biters, and flys are often the most effective way to go, as these fish are picky, and have grown very wise to more conventional lures and presentations...
