Does the fuel tank and hose come with??

I live near Parry Sound Ontario with is 1 hour north of Barrie, How low are you willing to go?? $350-$400

yes the fuel tank and hose come with it...but not really looking to go down to $400...especially if I were to bring it all the way from Windsor
