Hit the big deep blue yesterday and went 11 for 18. Got so much vids I had to break it up a bunch. Here are the vids of the 2 biggest and some pics of a couple other contenders.

There are giants waiting down there to be conquered. This is why I yak fish right here....

Friends yak IA a PA 14 too.... 14 ft long. It's almost always that calm for the first few hours. I'm there every weekend.

That may be difficult. A Salmon snapped my line and took my camera so if u get one with a camera attached to it it's MINE lol

Lol that was pretty much my reaction.... I was pi$#@d. If someone does get it.... unlikely...... it's gonna be a sick vid.

I know. bummer. I picked up the wife last sunday from work 6am...we hit the waters just to check it out it was dead calm, I hurried back to drive her home and get my kayak, i was back in the water by 7:30....choppy. I was forced to paddle on the inlets and catch some bass, but I was really pumped to go out on open water for some salmon. I can see the Pickering power plant wind mill from my sons bedroom window and that's how I usually know if it's calm or not.
 
My PA 14 can handle some serious chop out there, otherwise I wouldn't attempt it. Wind always picks up on my as hight noon closes in. I find the bite usually picks up then to as the spoon starts to get more eratic.
