glow-spooned

Hi guys, been busy getting last minute fishing in, haven't reallly posted in a while, so I figured I would post some pics of what I've playing around with lately in the bait dept. I made my own glow-spoon (orange/green), the same one I painted white & orange lastyear, ended adding some clearcoat, and then adding some green pigment too it, here's a pic of it, went out to ashbridges for an hour the other day, got a few hits and 1 spool-out but no cigar, 0/1. In this pic, it features a mustad premium ball-bearing swivel, a "heavy" wolverine split-ring (200 lb. pull strength), and a 2/0 Mustad Ultrapoint treble hook (might upgrade it a size or two higher). I've actually modified it since a bit, added a trailer to it, to give it more weight & attraction, I'll take a pic later tonight to show you what I mean.

Thnx for the comments guys ! 8) David no worries, I might head down sometime soon before it gets too cold, I'll be sure to pm you & arrange to bring down some lures to show you. frozenfire, I currently don't have any to sell (ran out of spoon blanks) otherwise I would make another batch of them, but I could make you one when I get more.

Here's a couple more pics as promised, showing the trailer that I made for it to help cast it further & for added attraction. I added a swivel w/ a pink glow blade, that looks more like purple in the dark, it spins freely on free-fall. I ended up testing it again a week ago, got the same results, fish were jumping everywhere tho but no real solid hits, it might've been the heat we got that day (went up to 23 c during the day). Ended up modding it back to the way it originally was but with a bigger 5/0 Mustad UltraPoint hook.

Hey Synpa intrested in some Glow in the dark spinner baits med size for bass fishing at night. I still got the two Musky spinners I baught.

I noticed u made one there can u PM me a price for about 4-5 med size glowing ones tx.
