the worms and crickets i'm sure you'll able to use, but i'm fairly confident that the use of feeder fish is illegal.
those rosy red minnnows and goldfish are farmed from overseas or in the states and are non-native. They may contain invasive fish or you can introduce a potential disease.
if you're looking for cheap minnows. I think that catching your own is the best way to go! check the regulations for rules though.
earthworms are easily collected after a heavy rain on your front lawn. wax worms, mealworms, superworms are all very easy to breed if you're up for it.
Need more info, just ask. I keep my fair share of predatory fish and reptiles that feed on these live feeders.
