I got sick and tired of GTA. no luck whatsoever as far salmon. So i decided to switch. This one was on Niagara long ride but awesome fish day. I got 3 in about an hour but only landed one.

Those "red rocks" are Queenston Formation shales and the lighter green/blue is the member found under them, can't remember the name....

Nice brown. Last year, I found a few dead female browns full of skein.

This year, while salmon fishing way upstream, NADO and I found a huge female resident brown. I picked it up off the bottom of the river bed, and I was salivating because it was very dark and looked like a brookie on the bottom of the river. Turned out to be a brown.

It had fresh big gashes; could have been a hawk, osprey, critter, or of course an angry chinook.

Love it when you can get brown roe, without the guilt!
