Hamilton Area Fishing Partner

I just recently move to the Hamilton area and I think it would be nice to find someone to fish with out here. I don't have a boat so I just fish from the shore.

i am in Oakville and am new to fishing... so i think the best way to get familiar with it is to go with someone who has fished before.. have you been fishing for long or are you a newbie as well ?

I am 39 and have a daughter 7 who perhaps at some point i will also bring with me.. once i know my way around a rod and lure..
