Hello from Cobourg. Born in Oshawa, raised in Port Perry live in Cobourg. My two sons are my main fishing partners, we fish for everything from perch on Simcoe, LT in Bancroft area but love the east tribs for Chinook, Browns and Steelhead. Usually get out once a week sometimes more, been out of the sport of creek fishing for years and just having a blast getting back into it. My 17 year old and I have been landing some nice steelhead just waiting for my 12 year old to land one, he's had them on but has broke off. Just a matter of time, he landed a lot of Chinook so he can get the job done. Tight lines everyone, and tips to increase hook ups welocome. We mainly use roe with a bead, sometimes worms, would love to catch one on a fly drifted under my float also use pink worms. Really enjoying our time on the creek banks and looking forward to learning from this site.
