Help me pick a Pflueger spinning reel

I'll be getting a reel or two from the President Series.

For a medium action rod, 12 lb mono, should I get a Model 6735 or 6730?
For a light action rod, 6 lb. mono, should I get a Model 6730 or 6725?

I know what the manufacturer's website says, but its been suggested to me that I go smaller than the factory ratings. Thanks.

I feel that 6730 is enough for both setups..just get 1 reel and switch around if you want since they have extra spools.

I think that minimizing weight in my hands are most important, as I have a supreme 6735 at home, I think it's WAYYY too big. I don't know for sure, go to the tackle store and check them both out, you might have a different preference. I used to like the bigger reel, until I fell in love with crappie fishing which made me want to downsize on everything I had.
