I hope someone has an idea how to do this..I'm trying to mount a Minn Kota Foot Controlled trolling motor on my bow and I can't get underneath to use bolts and nuts. Does anyone know the best way to screw the motor onto the bow? I have the quick release plate as well.
So far the best ways Ive read about using isolator bolts (or well nuts) or drilling smaller holes and then using SS screws coated in 3M 4200 adhesive/sealant. Has anyone done either of these methods or another way of screwing the motor down? Please any help is appreciated as I gotta get this done by Monday or Tuesday.
