Hi from George Town, Ontario!

Hi everyone, my name is Steven and I am planning on picking up on the hobby of fishing. I use to go fishing when I was little, but now some reason I really got into it. I am trying to start off by knowing a good place to start fishing in Ontario, any suggestions?

definitely lots to chose from and at all times of years. right now most people around here at getting anxious about the late winter early spring steel, but theres also pike around this time of year as well if you can find some open water

Thanks guys! I am really looking into fishing Pike and Bass. I don't have a boat, but I recently bought a fishing kayak. Travel wise, I was planning on furthest is a 2 hour drive from George Town.

I grew up in Brampton. Some nice rivers and streams to fish not far from G'town at all.
