There is always clear water at the piers I usually fish. One side of the pier (where a creek or river is flowing in) the water will be muddy, and on the other side it is clear. And that muddy water never goes away. Me and my friend fished a pier with big vibrax spinners (mid-summer 2016 mid-day, sunny) and hooked into a big salmon where the muddy water meets the clear water. But then some jerk came cruising in with his boat and snapped the line. He was the only loser cause he had about 50 yards of line and a spinner mangled up in his outboardchinook2835 said:Any way to get around all the mucky water or is it just a waiting game until the water clears up,I've been waiting a week and the first hundred feet ish is chocolate milk
